*The deposit will secure each player both a place in the tournament as well as a seat on the plane. Contact information, name and date of birth will also be required at this time. If a team does not know all of the names of its participants yet, a $100 deposit will need to be made for each anticipated person. This is necessary in order to reserve a seat on the plane and to make sure that the airfare prices do not increase.
Date of final Payment: March 15, 2009
$1,500 per player (Total package =$1,800 plus airfare) - Includes 10 days / 9 nights lodging, breakfasts, some meals, excursions, tournament play and much more.

*Once your team has committed to this tournament, SSTI will send each team a more detailed packet including the exact information that will be needed at the time of payment.

Health and travel insurance:
It is the responsibility of each individual player to make sure that her health insurance is valid in the Czech Republic. It is also mandatory that each player purchase travel insurance prior to the departure of the trip.
