Payment Procedure for London Lax Challenge
Date of deposit: November 30, 2010
Non-refundable deposit amount: $600
This non-refundable deposit will not only secure your place on the trip, but is necessary in order to cover your deposits for the hotel, transportation and sightseeing activities in London.
Second payment due date: January 30th, 2011
Non-refundable amount: $700
Final payment due date: April 30th, 2011

*Every participant, whether he or she is a parent, player or coach, must purchase travel insurance. As soon as airfare is booked, I will need proof of travel insurance as well as current health insurance in the U.S. A good website to use is: www.travelinsured.com. The comprehensive packages must include trip cancellation, trip interruptions, emergency medical and lost baggage at a minimum.
*Airfare must be booked no later than February 15th, 2011 to secure the best prices and so that SSTI can properly arrange airport pick up’s and drop off’s for each team. Please notify Laurie Sherry at laurie.sherry@gmail.com once the team/individuals are ready to book flights. My travel agent, Pam Welsh, will be finding the best group rates for each team.
*If you are looking to extend your trip or do some additional travel before or after London, flight deviations can be made in advance. Please contact Laurie Sherry before February 15th, 2011, to account for these changes before flights are booked.
*Additional payment plans may be available upon request. Prices are based off of a 16 team roster. Therefore, a minimum of 16 players is required for each participating team.
