Payment Procedure for Swiss Shootout 2010
Deposit date: December 1, 2009
Non-refundable deposit: $600
Second payment date: March 1, 2010
Second non-refundable payment: $600
Final payment date: May 30, 2010
Final non-refundable payment: $800

*It is important that the airfare is booked as soon as possible to secure the best prices and so that SSTI can properly arrange a pick up and drop off at the airport for each team. Please notify Laurie Sherry at laurie.sherry@gmail.com with flight details, no later than January 15, 2010.
*If you are traveling with the rest of your team only limited deviations are usually allowed per group. If you are looking to extend your trip or do some additional travel before or after London, check out the following websites for individual discount travel.

*All participants are required to purchase travel insurance that includes sports and accidental coverage. This proof of travel insurance, as well as health insurance, must be submitted with the final payment at the end of May.
*Additional payment plans may be available upon request. Prices are based off of a 15 team roster. Therefore, a minimum of 15 players are required for each participating team.
*The order of events is subject to change as the itinerary included is only a sample itinerary.
